Overview

This model is suitable to wrap 3 or 4 stack (Family Pack) of biscuit. The machine is equipped with a volumetric feeding arrangement, to feed single stack of plain biscuits. The single stack of biscuits are then grouped together in 3 or 4 stack form and then the guide rods carry the rows of biscuits together into the forming box for final sealing and cutting operation. The machine is equipped with A.C Drive unit for smooth functioning and air type gusseting arrangement. The machine also packs Cream Sandwich Biscuits with manual feeding. Out put of the machine is 20 to 40 pkts/minute depending on the Product Size, Shape, Stack Length, Operator Skill, Film Quality, and Thickness & No. of Rows or Lines etc.

Above machine model can be advanced with incorporating this New Fusion Technology of PLC/Touch Screen/Servo Motor to achieve higher production output and also are easy to operate and maintain with low maintenance cost. Machine speed: – 20 to 40 pkt/minute. Depending upon type of Biscuit, Depending on no. of Stack (Rows), Stack length, Film quality, etc.
